Is the clubhouse available for non-residents to rent to host an event?

While we do try to give our residents first priority when reserving our function hall space, there are times when it may be available for those who do not reside in Congressional Towers or Rollins Park Apartments.  Please contact the club manager for availability.

What are RCC's Hours of Operation?

The Fitness Center is open daily (including holidays) from 5:00am to 11:00pm.  You must have a registered key fob to enter the facility at all times.  The function rooms must be reserved with the club manager and cannot be used without prior authorization.

Who is eligible for membership to the club?

Residents of Congressional Towers and Rollins Park Apartments enjoy the benefit of membership to RCC as an amenity.  Residents of the Montrose Civic Association may also apply for paid membership to the Fitness Center and/or the Aquatics Facilities.

Does the club have wireless internet access?

Yes.  Access to our wireless network can be provided upon request.

When hosting an event at the clubhouse can I leave items like food, beverages, table linens, or decorations at the clubhouse the day or night before?

No, we are not able to provide a secure location for any items left before or after your event.

Is furniture included in the rental of the banquet hall?

Yes we have a variety of tables and chairs for up to 150 people that are included in the rental.

Are linens included in the hall rental?

No, the club does not provide linens. You will need to arrange either for your caterer to provide linens are you may choose to purchase disposable linens.

When is the pool open?

The Aquatics Facility will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 8:00am – 8:00pm daily.

Are swimming lessons available?

Yes, a variety of Aquatics programs are offered at RCC during the summer months.
